Personalization and spelling
Most of our personalized jewelry is made to order just for you. Many designs can be engraved with names, dates, or short messages, and our photo styles let you upload an image from your computer or smartphone. Character limits vary by design (for example, up to 10 characters on the Personalized Paw Print Name Necklace and up to 100 characters on the Personalized Engraved Cuff Bracelet). Because each piece is custom made, please double-check spelling, dates, and photos before submitting your order.
Shipping, processing, and delivery
Free shipping on all orders. Express shipping is calculated at checkout.
Orders are processed in 2-3 business days, which includes production time since most products are made to order. After processing, delivery typically takes approximately 4-5 days, and tracking information is sent to the email used during the purchase. If your order hasn't arrived, please contact our support team.

Gift wrap
We offer hand gift wrapping with a personalized message as an add-on, and many designs arrive in a complimentary gift box, with luxury box upgrades available on select styles.
Materials and care
Our jewelry is made of high quality surgical steel, with an 18k gold finish option on many designs. Polished stainless steel pieces resist tarnishing and are hypoallergenic for sensitive skin. See each product page for specific materials, finishes, and dimensions.
Returns and restocking fee
For items received that are not as described or are defective, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item as soon as possible. For non-defective items received in 100% condition, a 30% restocking fee applies, and returns must be in their original packaging and condition. Non-defective engraved, personalized pieces are non refundable. To begin a return or exchange, email our customer service team with your name, order number, a picture of the item, and the reason for return.
